At AirCrisp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may return products within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling may not be eligible for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue
